Charisma is proud to partner with DHL, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. DHL offers first rate shipping insurance with seamless claim filing for a variety of shipping issues. By selecting DHL at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss or theft.  

By deselecting package protection, Charisma is NOT liable for lost or delayed orders, stolen packages, or items damaged in transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped to anywhere outside of our warehouse facilities (Asia & UK), any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional shipping charge will charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
